Asia-Pacific Economic Corporation Young Entrepreneur Summit (APEC YES) 2011 (18-20 October 2011)

Cambridge English For Life participated in the Asia-Pacific Economic Corporation Young Entrepreneur Summit (APEC YES) 2011 from 18-20 October 2011 at the Berjaya Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. The Summit was held over a three day period and commenced with a key note address and panel discussion on the Summit theme “Unlocking Economic Value through Innovation”. This was followed by a seminar involving plenary session and panel discussion on “Developing Business Value Propositions through Innovation for Young Entrepreneurs”.

About APEC YES

The Summit is intended to develop and nurture entrepreneurship and promote the development of new business establishments in APEC economies. It also aims at enabling young entrepreneurs and new business start-ups to network with relevant business people and organisations as well as sharing of ideas to leverage on their skills, expertise and technical knowledge. A business showcase will also be held concurrently to allow entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services as well as provide them the opportunity to interact with the exhibitors and potential business partners.
