Cambridge English For Life welcomes applications from foreign students to study at our centre where a wide range of English language courses is available. Cambridge English For Life (CEFL) aims to provide a quality educational environment where academic excellence is both accessible and affordable for international students. CEFL has developed the Cambridge Main Suite courses, IELTS and Business English courses to help students progress by stages in developing their English language proficiency. All courses place emphasis on real communication skills - reading, writing, listening and speaking and use real life situations and materials that are relevant to the needs of learners preparing either
to enter tertiary education or the working world.

Students have to sit for placement test to determine the suitable course for their English language proficiency level. Once the course is determined, the student will commence to attend class based on a timetable provided.  *CAE is equivalent to a mark of 6.5-7.0 at IELTS. IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is an English language test specially designed to assess a candidate's competency in the English language for university studies. CEFL offers an IELTS preparation course which gives learners practice in the kinds of tasks common in IELTS. It also aims to develop the skills as well as the vocabulary needed for university task completion. Lessons are test based and learners receive instruction on how to approach typical tasks, and practice in completing them. Each step of the pathway to further education comprises a 100 hour course of study.
Class Duration Class duration varies according to level. Full time courses are held from Mondays to Fridays. Please download a sample of the timetable.
Documents Checklist  Visa processing fee: MYR 2,300 (non-refundable, equivalent to USD 800). Photocopy of proof of payment eg. bank telegraphic transfer confirmation advice / bank draft receipt (1 set). Please make all fees payable to Cambridge EFL Sdn Bhd AC2. Full-page photocopy of passport including picture page (4 sets).
Photocopy of Medical Health Examination Report (1 set).
Photocopy of Medical Insurance Certificate with policy number, only if applicable (1 set).
Recent passport-size photo: 4 X 5.5cm (5 sets excluding the application form photo).
Photocopy of National Identity Card, only if available (1 set).
English translations of all documents submitted, if necessary (1 set).
