Dr Elsie Chin said CEFL moulds children to become effective communicators in the real world because “English is the language used worldwide for communication, and many available resources are also in English.” She also thanked teachers and centre managers from all 60 CEFL centres across Malaysia for preparing the students throughout their courses. She saluted parents for being the first and most important educators of their children.
