Job title 1 : Course Developer & Trainer
Location : HQ
Location: A-1-10, Merchant Square, No 1, Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1, PJU3, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Your key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop Schemes of Work, Teacher’s Guides, and training manuals.
- Managing, developing, and maintaining all the CEFL curricula
- Development of new educational products as required
- Conducting teacher training sessions for CEFL teachers
- Teaching CEFL programmes as required
- Provide online and/or conference-call training sessions for outstation/overseas employees/participants
- Develop courses and training programmes that are targeted for specific industries and departments to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and generate increased revenues
- Work to keep training programmes vibrant and entertaining to engage employees and trainees
- Ensure that all training materials and programmes are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry
- Maintaining compliance with all the company’s policies and procedures
- Assisting with Cambridge English exams twice yearly
- Assisting in department projects as required
The job requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education, TESL/TESOL, English, linguistics, or related teaching certification preferred; Those with a Master's in Education will be a definite advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English;
- Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Education system;
- Familiar with the CEFR framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers; and
- Must be willing to work overtime hours and weekends as needed, and willing to travel

Job title 2: Mandarin Programme Developer & Trainer
Location: A-1-10, Merchant Square, No 1, Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1, PJU3, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Your key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop Schemes of Work, Teacher’s Guides and Training Manuals;
- Managing, developing, and maintaining all the CEFL curricula;
- Development of new educational products as required;
- Conducting teacher training sessions for CEFL teachers;
- Teaching CEFL programmes as required;
- Develop courses and training programmes that are targeted for specific industries and departments to increase efficiency and effectiveness and generate increased revenues;
- Ensure that all training materials and programmes are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry;
- Maintain and develop procedures for quality control, especially teacher performance and teaching materials;
- Conduct routine professional development workshops for teachers;
- Provide editorial service to all departments for outgoing correspondence, press releases/articles/advertisements, marketing material, website content, and standard prepared responses
The job requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in education, Chinese Language & linguistics, Chinese Studies, or related teaching certification preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Mandarin
- Those with relevant marketing experience will have an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Education system
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be willing to work on weekends as needed, and willing to travel

Job title 3: Digital Filing Assistant (Temporary, approx. 3 months)

Your key responsibilities include:
- Scanning physical documents and ensuring clarity of digital copies.
- Organizing new digital files into correct folders and databases.
- Responding to requests for specific files or data from colleagues.
- Updating outdated information or archiving obsolete records.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized file room/digital workspace
The job requirements:
- Completed secondary education
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
